Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hola@veronnaessentials.com with a photo of the item. We'll make it right immediately.
