Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard orders ship from our US fulfillment partner: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

For certain items or high-volume orders, shipment may originate internationally: 7–20 business days from dispatch.

The estimated delivery time for your specific order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

Shipping Costs

US orders: Free shipping on all orders. International orders: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Delays & Issues
